CORE PROGRAM

The program features two components:

1.Coaching Youth Sports through values and leadership and

2.Baseball – Specific Athletic Conditioning Training

REGISTRATION:

Age: Boys and Girls 13 to 16 years

Level: Intermediate to Advanced
